  1. I used to be a personal training client of Justin. Love how I can still workout with him even though I’m in NY! Tay tay I think we should make him do a class before these workout to level the playing field!

  3. I can do all the exercises because of my ankle but LOVE the bands the kit comes with! When they hit your arm they don’t leave marks like the tube bands!

Hi!  I just did my first day (arms & abs) yesterday, and whoa, am I out of shape! 🙂  I love the workout though, and I’m excited by the prospect of getting better at it.  However, I did have one question.  I have tendinitis in both wrists (years of piano will do that!) and I can use pushup bars for all things plank without a problem, but tricep dips are impossible.  My wrists just don’t bend that far.  Do you have an alternative that I can sub?

      We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the workouts, you are going to love what we have coming out!! Instead of performing tricep dips, go to close grip push-ups with your bar and really focus on isolating your triceps during the extension. Also, if you don’t want to lose the flow of your workout you can substitute tricep dips for ab bicycles and work on your triceps after the video is completed :)!       When following a four week program you are supposed to follow the exact layout of the program! The program is split for 7 days with one of the days being a rest day! Just do 1 workout per day!

  5. Hey Justin and Taylor! I found your workouts on PopSugar and am stoked to do them more regularly! I know your LIT classes in LA include a rowing portion but as I’m based in SF and mostly workout in my studio apartment, I was wondering if you’d recommend incorporating another cardio component in addition to the On Demand workouts? Like a 3-mile run or whatever? Would love to know your thoughts for getting the most out of this program!

      We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the workouts, we will be uploading more videos shortly! If you want more cardio during your videos I would do the following:

      1. Start your workout with 7-10 minutes of tabatta training at 20 seconds on 10 seconds off of inchworms! This will absolutely get your heart rate elevated and leave you drenched in sweat. After you complete your tabatta circuit, do a full workouts (arms and abs) and end your workout with 5 minutes of tabatta training above.

    How can we make the workouts more challenging! I feel after my arm workout I can go for a little more. Thanks! Do you only have one strength program for one month? Miss your WEHO location! can’t wait to go back.
