30 MIN: ARMS & ABS PILATES

This class will work your micro muscles leaving your body wanting more, and feeling the benefits of this low impact workout.  You will work and tone all areas of the body with a focus on core and arms.



30 MIN: ENDURANCE ROW

This class is designed to increase your stamina and endurance through a series of sprints and rowing variations. You will use your LIT levels ranging from 10-40lbs of resistance to maximize your workout.



30 MIN: CORE FOCUS STRENGTH

This class format will focus on your obliques, abdominals, and lower back. You can expect to build core strength through a series of core movements that will leave you sore in all the right places.



30 MIN: LEGS & ABS

This class will combine cardio and lower body exercises to tone, sculpt, and shape your entire body.



30 MIN: TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

This circuit training class will combine cardio and strength training with an emphasis on total body exercises.



30 MIN: TOTAL BODY CRUSHER
