20 MIN: TABATA ENDURANCE ROW

This class is designed to increase your stamina and endurance through a series of sprints and rowing variations. You will use your LIT levels ranging from 10-40lbs of resistance to maximize your workout.



30 MIN: TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

During this class you can expect to strengthen your entire body through multiple sets, squat variations, and increased resistance loads.



30 MIN: CHEST & BACK STRENGTH

During this class you can expect to build strength in your chest and back through multiple sets, increased resistance loads, and pulling exercises.



30 MIN: LOWER BODY TABATA

This class will combine cardio and lower body exercises to tone, sculpt, and shape your entire body.
