35 MIN: ENDURANCE ROW

This class is designed to increase your stamina and endurance through a series of sprints and rowing variations. You will use your LIT levels ranging from 10-40lbs of resistance to maximize your workout.



40 MIN: CORE FOCUS CIRCUIT

This circuit training class will combine cardio and strength training with an emphasis on core exercises.



35 MIN: BACK & SHOULDERS CARDIO

This class will focus on a total body workout with an emphasis on upper body muscle groups like arms, chest, back, and shoulders.



35 MIN: LEGS & ABS STRENGTH

During this class you will focus on building strength in your legs, glutes, and core through squat and lunge variations.



30 MIN: ENDURANCE ROW
