30 MIN: ENDURANCE ROW

This class is designed to increase your stamina and endurance through a series of sprints and rowing variations. You will use your LIT levels ranging from 10-40lbs of resistance to maximize your workout.



30 MIN: LEGS & GLUTES

During this class you will focus on building strength in your legs, glutes, and core through squat and lunge variations.



30 MIN: TABATA BURN

This class will focus on cardio, core, and provide a total body workout through signature LIT exercises.



30 MIN: BACK & LEGS

This circuit training class will combine cardio and strength training with an emphasis on back and lower body.



30 MIN: CHEST & TRICEPS

During this class you will focus on increasing strength in your chest, shoulders, and triceps through multiple sets and pushing exercises.



30 MIN: BODYWEIGHT BURN

This class will focus on cardio, core, and provide a total body workout through signature LIT exercises.
