At our LIT LAB, you will meet your LIT Expert, receive a complimentary 30-minute session, and explore the benefits of the LIT Method. Our LIT LAB experience will help you change the way you approach fitness and will teach you how and why low impact training is the foundation for lifelong health and well being.
To best experience the method, your LIT Expert will spend some time getting to know you. Through a variety of questions designed to maximize your experience, we will take a deeper look at your personal tastes, history, preferences, and goals. Your LIT Expert will then guide you through a series of tests including cardio, strength training, and mobility exercises.
Training shouldn’t come from a template. Our method is designed to be molded to your needs. Once your session is complete, your LIT Expert will review your results with you, upload them to your LIT Profile, and create a custom program of classes to help you reach your goals. With a complimentary membership to LIT On-Demand, you will learn how to use our unique combination of physical therapy, injury prevention, and personal training to design a long-term path to living LIT.
