Your first week will introduce you to basic barre movements and get you ready to pulse, pressback, and Barre so hard! Through bodyweight and mini band exercises, you will build your foundation for future Barre and LIT classes! Trust us, you’ve never worked out like this before!
During this week we will introduce new props like our Strength Bar and LIT Band to sculpt and shape your body. Targeting those micro muscles through movements like toe taps, static holds, and knee lifts.
Never seen before, we will combine traditional Barre movements with your Strength Machine and ankle cuffs for the ultimate challenge. With an increased emphasis on thighs and glutes, you will master all the movements and become a LIT Barre Expert!
Get ready for 35-minutes of intermediate barre movements to leave you sore in all the right places! This class will challenge you with more complex barre moves to really keep you on your toes. The class will only use bodyweight to lengthen and tone muscles.
This intermediate class will introduce a reverse chair (wall sit) to really get those legs shaking! There will be lots of focus on the inner thighs but we will squeeze our way through class! You don’t need any props, we will continue to build using only bodyweight.
The Strength bar and LIT band are back for more! This full body class will keep you feeling challenged with longer sets, as we work on building endurance. You can expect to feel stronger and more confident using the strength bar!
Welcome to the final intermediate class! We are going to take everything you have learned so far and put it to the test! Using your Strength Machine, we are going to pulse, sculpt, and tone our way to the advanced series.
This 45-mintue advanced class will build your endurance and strength with increased resistance with your mini band and Strength Machine. Due to high reps and increased intensity, we will end class with foam rolling and recovery.
In this class we will test your stability with advanced exercises and longer sets. Using your Strength Machine, we will target those micro muscles in your legs and booty! One class to go, you got this!
It’s time to put your strength and endurance to the test with this final 45-minute Barre class! Jazmin will have you perform exercises from your first class to show you how far you’ve really come.
