WEEK 1

Your first week is designed to teach you the fundamentals of lower body movements, then amp it up towards the end of the week! You’ll be doing some of the more signature exercises and focusing on the multiple variations of squats and lunges we do here at LIT! WEEK 2

This is the week for results, your final week of this program is here! we’ll use all the tools you’ve learned to not only progress through each class but increase the challenge with every single move. This week is designed to break down the barriers, increase your strength, and measure your progress!
