WEEK 1

The first week of classes will serve as an introduction to Mat Pilates, you will learn fundamentals such as form, breathing, and mind body connection.  You will finish the first week feeling stronger, and connected.

WEEK 2

Welcome to week 2 of your Mat Pilates program! We will revisit and build on the techniques learned in week 1. You will begin to see changes in your overall strength, posture, and flexibility.  Week 2 will finish with advanced classes that will really challenge your mental and physical strength.
