WEEK 1

Series 1: 25 minute series: This series is designed to teach you the fundamentals of mindfulness and movement. These classes are perfect to end your day or pair with any signature classes for your post workout recovery.    

WEEK 2

Series 2: 35 minute series: In this series you can expect complex movements that will increase mobility to help aid in injury prevention. These classes will give you the mental strength you need to maximize your day in and out of your workouts!   

WEEK 3

Series 3: 45 minute series: This series will amplify each movement through multiple rounds of dynamic and static stretches. Through 45 minutes of mental coaching, you will take all the knowledge and skills you have learned through the last 6 classes and use it to strengthen your mind and body.
