WEEK 1

Your first week will introduce you to rowing on the Strength Machine. During week 1, you will master the machine and learn proper rowing form, rowing variations, and utilize your LIT levels for the ultimate total body workout.

WEEK 2

During this week you will go through a series of advanced classes that will challenge your physical and mental strength. Using all of your LIT levels and resistance bands on the machine, this week will consist of rowing and strength training exercises.
