WEEK 1

During this 4-day split, you will go through a series of exercises that will be broken down into upper body, lower body, core, and total body. You will receive one rest day between workouts and we encourage you to foam roll to increase recovery time.

WEEK 2

During this 4-day split, you will increase resistance loads and learn new ways to build and isolate your muscles. This program is results driven so you can expect a series of complex movements using your power bands for the ultimate challenge.
