This machine has gotten my cardio abs strength to point I never thought would be achievable without an expensive trainer pushing me. The versatility of the classes to follow keeps me from getting bored. The bands are killer, the machine is so sleek. I have nothing bad to say about it!

When I moved from LA a few years ago, I thought I'd never get the chance to experience my beloved LIT work outs again, save for the occasional visit. And then came the Strength Machine! While I miss the amazing ambiance of the studio itself, I LOVE getting my LIT work out at home. There's no better, or more complete work out than 45 minutes with the LIT crew. Love that there's a wide variety of classes to choose from, too. Now I just need a little mood lighting to feel like I'm back in the studio!

After quarantine started, I was resigned to going for walks and resistance training. I'd been hit by a car the fall prior, so running was out of the question and when I thought about buying a Peloton, I just couldn't justify taking up that much space in a 1 bedroom apartment. When LIT announced they were selling their new LSM, I was probably one of the first to respond - and I haven't regretted it a day since. I get the kind of heart-pounding hiit workout that produces incredible cardiological benefits (my heart rate, blood pressure, etc., are all in the "athlete" range) and psychological benefits (I feel like I could conquer the world afterwards), but the classes provide excellent muscle sculpt and its footprint is maybe 2' x 2' when stored vertically. Not to mention, it looks pretty stylish ;) And... oh, did I mention? I'm really excited I don't have to get up for 6 am workouts to get to work on time now that the machine is in my living room :-D

Easy assembly and great videos. This machine will work you! It is an intense workout and you will see immediate results. The strength machine is the at-home gym.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with my machine, it is all I ever talk about! To see the changes in my body that are happening by simply having this machine at home is incredible. The instructors are amazing and they push you and motivate you! beyond your limits I have never been a 'home work out" kind of gal, and that has all changed since buying this machine. People continue to ask me how I stay in shape and look so toned...this machine is my answer. It is more than just a rowing machine, you honestly do not need any other piece of equipment except this Strength Machine for all your needs. If you are like me and suffer from back and knee injuries, these low impact workouts is exactly what your body needs. This machine, this community, these owners...absolutely incredible! You will not regret owning this piece of equipment!

The delivery was smooth and the set-up was easy! When I found out that I had to assemble the strength machince, I was a little intimidated. But, LIT has assembled most of it. The machine is great! Definitely safer during these COVID times, more convenient, and just as challenging as the gym.

We purchased a Peloton a few years ago and while my wife loves it, I never caught on like she did. Recently, and to my surprise, she purchased this rower and I immediately caught the bug. The machine is awesome and even short work outs provide enough of a burn to feel like you're getting sh*t done. My wife even loves it and uses it often (and some weeks more than her Peloton). I love the versatility of the machine with the bands and all of the additional equipment. I recommend it to any one looking for a great work out...and have even done so to friends and family. The on-demand classes are great and I look forward to choosing a new workout every day.

This machine is not just game changing it is life changing. I truly do not think I will ever go to the gym again as this machine has it ALL! The machine provides a killer workout and there are so many video workouts on the site to choose from that ever day is a new challenge! To make it better, this machine fits perfectly in my place and I store it in a corner when not in use. I HIGHLY recommend this piece of equipment, which will become the last workout equipment you will ever purchase!
