HYDRATE!!!! The Importance of H2O!

WATER. HYDRATION. QUENCH. SATISFY. 

It is SO important to keep your body properly hydrated every single day. Keeping your body well hydrated keeps everything moving and working properly. Think of your of your body as a well oiled machine. Without the oil, it will struggle and work more to function properly. Aim to feed your body 2/3 or 67% of your body weight in ounces! For example, if you are 150 pounds, you should aim to drink 100 ounces of water a day. Keep those organs and bodily systems hydrated af!
