Alyze Health is one of the nicest gyms in Utah, and they knew exactly what that reputation was worth — which is why they refused to let recovery be an afterthought in a back hallway. They asked us for a recovery room that could hold the same standard as their training floor. We answered with texture: cobblestone floors that ground bare feet the moment members step in, hand-plastered walls that soften light and sound, and our Stealth cold plunges running matte-black through the middle of it — a room that reads less like gym equipment and more like a retreat you'd book a flight for.
