A hybrid sauna combines two heat technologies in one cabin: a traditional electric stove that heats the air (up to 200°F in the Titan, with steam) and infrared panels that heat your body directly at lower air temperatures (around 150°F). Instead of choosing between the classic Finnish sauna experience and infrared therapy, a hybrid gives you both — you select the mode for each session.

Infrared runs at gentler air temperatures while penetrating directly into muscle tissue, which makes longer, more frequent sessions comfortable. Yes. In traditional mode, the Harvia electric stove heats sauna stones, and pouring water over them produces steam — the authentic Finnish löyly experience. This is the core thing infrared-only saunas cannot do.

Yes — it's built for both. The gunmetal exterior is engineered for UV, rain, snow, and temperature swings, and the double-insulated glass retains heat in cold climates. Same unit works in a garage, basement, patio, or backyard.

The Titan It requires a 240V dedicated circuit 20A for the infrared panels. The Base and WiFi 6KW models need a 25-30A circuit; the WiFi 8KW needs a 40A circuit. Two separate dedicated circuits are required.
