03 | Refer Your Client

Share your code, or introduce your client to your rep by email. Your client purchases direct from LIT at published pricing — we handle payment, freight, and warranty.

04 | Get Paid

Commissions clear once the client's 30-day window closes, and pay out by ACH on the 15th of the following month. No invoicing required.

No. This is a referral program — your client purchases directly from LIT Method at published pricing. There are no purchase orders, no inventory, and no resale on your side. If your firm purchases and installs equipment as part of a build contract, ask your rep about project pricing — we quote multi-unit and build-contract orders directly.

Two ways, and both count: your unique code or link used at checkout, or a named-client introduction emailed to your rep before purchase. Named introductions are honored for 90 days.

Commissions become payable once your client's payment clears and their 30-day return window closes. Accrued commissions pay out monthly by ACH on the 15th. A completed W-9 is required before your first payout.

No. Your client pays LIT's published pricing and receives any active promotions — the same as any direct customer, including free shipping and 0% APR financing.

LIT does. Freight, white-glove options, install support, and the full warranty — 5 years on sauna structure — are all handled by our team directly with your client. You have zero service obligations.

Yes — and we want them. Completed projects are featured across LIT's site and social channels with full designer credit and a link back to your firm.
