Yes. The Arc runs on a standard 110V household outlet and draws 1,400 watts, so it needs no electrician or hardwiring.
How hot does the Arc get, and how long does it take to heat up?
The Arc reaches 170°F (77°C) in about 35 minutes. You can set any temperature from 70°F to 170°F and preheat it from the app so it's ready when you are.
Can I use the Arc in an apartment or small space?
Yes. The Arc is built for indoor use, needs no ventilation, plugs into a standard outlet, and takes up 35" × 28" of floor space, about the footprint of an armchair.
What are the Arc's EMF levels?
The Arc's six carbon and ceramic heating panels measure 0.2 mG at seating level.
What's the difference between the Arc's infrared heat and its red light?
The six carbon and ceramic panels produce infrared heat that warms your body. The separate LED panel delivers red (590, 630 and 660 nm) and near-infrared (830 and 850 nm) light at 60 mW/cm² at seating distance. You get both in one session.
