At LIT, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return and cancellation policies below for each product category.

Cancellation Policy for Cold Plunges, Chillers, and Saunas

Order Changes:

Orders may be modified or canceled on the same day they are placed, during our normal business hours.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within one (1) business day of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the product has not already shipped.

    After this one-day window, the order is considered processed for shipment and will fall under our standard Return Policy outlined below.

    We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details prior to completing their purchase.

    If a shipment delivered by a commercial freight carrier is refused for any reason other than confirmed damage or carrier error, the order will be treated as a return and processed in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

  • Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and falls under the standard return policy.

Return Policy for Cold Plunges, Chillers, and Saunas

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for products that are unused, unassembled, and in their original, unopened packaging; a 25% restocking fee plus outbound and inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, uncrated, assembled, installed, filled, or used saunas and cold plunges are non-returnable under any circumstances.

  • Custom, made-to-order saunas, private label units, and non-standard or special-order models are final sale and non-refundable.

  • We strongly encourage customers to confirm sizing, electrical requirements, and placement prior to purchase.

Bundled Purchases

  • If you purchased a bundle (e.g., Cold Plunge + Chiller or Cold Plunge+ Sauna), individual components cannot be returned separately.

  • The entire bundle must be returned in its original condition and packaging.


Accessories & Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable once opened, used, or marked down for sale:

  • Filters, cold plunge accessories

All accessory sales are final.

Sauna Installation and electrical

Proper installation is required to maintain eligibility for returns and warranty support.
1. Certified Electrician Requirement for 240V Sauna 

To ensure the unit operates safely and meets national electrical code standards:

  • All electrical connections for the Titan Sauna must be performed by a licensed or certified electrician.

  • Proof of professional installation (invoice, electrical permit, or electrician’s certification) may be required to approve any return, or warranty claim.

  • Failure to use a certified electrician will void eligibility for returns.

 

LIT Exercise Equipment (Rowers, Reformers, Resistance bands)

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for products that are unused, unassembled, and in their original, unopened packaging; a 25% restocking fee plus outbound and inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled after processing are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If your order has shipped, you will not be refunded for shipping or delivery charges.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact info@litmethod.com to request your RMA number.

  2. Carefully repackage your product in its original box.

  3. Ship your return to the address provided by our team.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 21 business days.
