The Basement Retreat

For years, this basement was where things went to be forgotten holiday bins, old furniture, a treadmill nobody touched.We designed the space around a fully built-in Titan Dual Heat sauna, trimmed flush to the wall so it reads as architecture, not equipment. Behind glass, we enclosed the Stealth Luxe cold plunge and a steam shower to create a true contrast circuit heat, cold, steam, repeat while custom accent lighting and fixtures pulled from the home's finish palette make the retreat feel like it was always part of the original build. The client planned a storage clean out. They got a five-star spa just steps away from their bedroom.
