Product & Industrial Design Brand & Creative Direction Design-Led Wellness Parsons School of Design

Taylor Norris is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of LIT, a design-led wellness company building the next generation of products for recovery, longevity, and everyday health.

With a background in product design and branding from Parsons School of Design, Taylor leads the creative vision behind LIT β€” from product and industrial design to brand, digital experience, and the environments in which LIT products live.

Alongside her husband and Co-Founder, Justin Norris, Taylor has spent more than a decade building in health and wellness. What began as a fitness company has evolved into a broader vision for the future of wellness, spanning saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, recovery technology, and commercial wellness spaces.

At the center of Taylor's design philosophy is the belief that wellness products should no longer look or feel like equipment. They should be considered pieces of design β€” beautiful enough to live within the home, sophisticated enough for hospitality, and engineered for everyday use.

Taylor was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's 2023 Female Founders and has been featured in Forbes, SELF, InStyle, Women's Health, GQ, People, and more.

Today, Taylor and the LIT team are focused on building a new category of design-forward wellness products at the intersection of longevity, innovation, and technology.

Why Taylor Leads LIT's Design Vision

Wellness equipment, reimagined as design.

Taylor leads LIT Method's creative direction because she sees wellness products differently β€” not as equipment to be tolerated, but as design worth living with. Every product, space, and brand touchpoint she shapes carries the same standard: beautiful enough for the home, sophisticated enough for hospitality, and engineered to perform every day. Her goal is to build a new category of design-forward wellness β€” one that makes recovery and longevity feel less like a routine and more like a lifestyle.
