No. The session is free whether you order a unit or never talk to us again. We built this program because a $10,000 decision deserves a real test — and because we know what happens after most people take one.
No. There's no LIT rep at the facility and nothing waiting for you but the equipment. You're booking a normal session at a real gym, studio, or spa — the same session their members take every day. If you want to talk products afterward, that's a call you book with us on your own time.
Yes — that's the point. We don't make a showroom version. The sauna or cold plunge you're sitting in is the same commercial-grade unit we ship to homes, except the facility's unit takes 30+ sessions a day. Yours would take one or two. If it survives their schedule, it will outlast yours.
