The Recovery District 

The Recovery District came to us with a goal bigger than opening a recovery studio: build a business that had paying members before the doors ever opened. We worked side by side with founder Nicole from conception through launch, designing a 1,300 sq ft studio around private contrast therapy suites and building the strategy to fill them. Each suite pairs a Dual Heat Titan Sauna — infrared + traditional heat — with a chemical-free cold plunge, giving members their own complete hot-and-cold circuit behind a closed door. While construction was still underway, we launched a presales strategy with founding memberships, optimized early-access pricing, a dedicated landing page, and a waitlist-driven opening. The result: 100 paying members in under 100 days. Two private suites. 1,300 square feet. A premium recovery model designed to generate more revenue from a smaller footprint. From floor plan to presales to pricing, LIT helped build the space and the business behind it.
