LIT Return Policy

At LIT, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return and cancellation policies below for each product category.

Cold Plunges, Chillers, and Saunas

Return Eligibility

  • All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by LIT.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • LIT reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds if items are returned damaged or not in compliance with this policy.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • All cancelled or returned orders are subject to the following:

    • A 20% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.

    • All shipping costs, including outbound and return freight.

    • Any applicable storage or rerouting fees.

  • Orders may  be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase - only if the order has not already been processed and ready to ship. 

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Per our “30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy” returns will be accepted within 30 business days of product receipt. Shipping charges on returns shall be the responsibility of the customer and all returned items must be returned in “new” or “like new” condition, in undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging, and with all original product manuals. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be provided on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking charge. For products sold with a “Free or Discounted Shipping Promotion”, the actual freight cost to originally ship the product will be deducted from your refund.

Bundled Purchases

  • If you purchased a bundle (e.g., Cold Plunge + Chiller), individual components cannot be returned separately.

  • The entire bundle must be returned in its original condition and packaging.


Accessories & Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable once opened, used, or marked down for sale:

  • Filters, cold plunge accessories

All accessory sales are final.
If you receive a defective item, please email info@litmethod.com with your name, order number, photos, and a description of the issue.



Preorder Cancellations

  • Preorders may be cancelled any time before shipment, subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

  • Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and falls under the standard return policy.

Sauna Installation and electrical

Proper installation is required to maintain eligibility for returns and warranty support.
1. Certified Electrician Requirement for 240V Sauna 

To ensure the unit operates safely and meets national electrical code standards:

  • All electrical connections for the Titan Sauna must be performed by a licensed or certified electrician.

  • Proof of professional installation (invoice, electrical permit, or electrician’s certification) may be required to approve any return, or warranty claim.

  • Failure to use a certified electrician will void eligibility for returns.

2. Correct Assembly Requirement

Because improper assembly can damage the sauna, heater, controller, or structural components:

  • The Titan Sauna must be assembled exactly as outlined in the LIT Method installation manual. Professional assembly is required. Units assembled incorrectly, modified, or showing damage resulting from improper installation will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or replacement.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds exclude shipping, delivery, or installation fees.

  • Additional return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • Products showing damage, missing parts, or misuse may be denied or subject to extra restocking fees.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Any damage upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours to our support team.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled after processing are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If your Strength Machine has shipped, you will not be refunded for shipping or delivery charges.


LIT AXIS

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery with a valid order number.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds exclude shipping fees.

  • Products returned damaged, missing parts, or showing misuse may be denied or charged a restocking fee.

  • Returns must be shipped securely in a box; we recommend retaining your original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your AXIS order any time prior to shipment.

  • If your order has already shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact info@litmethod.com to request your RMA number.

  2. Carefully repackage your product in its original box.

  3. Ship your return to the address provided by our team.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
