Studio39 came to us as 1,400 square feet of empty office fluorescent lights, drop ceiling, and gray carpet. It opened as a wellness destination people drive from all over to see. We delivered the full package: design, build-out, equipment, branding, and launch. Arched walkways pull guests through the space in a natural circuit; hand-plastered walls and polished floors give it the quiet weight of a European bathhouse; layered accent lighting shifts the room from energizing to restorative as guests move from hot to cold. Every square foot earns revenue, contrast therapy stations sequenced for throughput, so the studio serves 25 guests per hour without ever feeling crowded. An office nobody wanted became a room people photograph, post, and rebook before they leave. That's not decoration. That's design doing revenue's job.
