I am so excited to be able to work out again, WITHOUT pain. I injured my knee and hip and have been in physical therapy. I have not been able to do traditional workouts. The strength machine has saved me!
And, the company has been extremely responsive and helpful. I told them my limitations and they sent me multiple alternative exercises to do so that I can still follow along and participate.
It's been amazing! I really do love my LIT strength machine!
