Solis Red Light Traditional Sauna (3-4 Person)

Buying this sauna has been the best purchase of the year! After doing a ton of research on the benefits of using traditional and infrared sauna, I was so confused which direction to go. A freind of mine bought this unit last year and said nothing but great things. The hybrid features allow you to get the benefits of each sauna experience and you can cycle between each settings so easily with a flip of a switch.

If you are stuck between going infrared or traditional - highly recommend giving this one a shot.

I have been looking at the sauna and plunge for months and decided to pull the trigger as an early Birthday gift to myself. We have been using these for a few months and have noticed a big difference in sleep and energy. We use it consistently around 5-6 days a week and switch between infrared and traditional on different days per the company's guidelines, and it has been fantastic.

Ordering: I booked a virtual demo with a representative who walked me through all the different features on the sauna (there’s a lot). I decided to go with the 8KW wifi harvia heater and all black stealth luxe cold plunge. I love the variety to be able to do traditional heat on the weekends and infrared sauna on the weekdays before bed. I pair both of these with red light therapy and the rep at LIT walked me through how to create a structured routine with the cold plunge as well. I have been using the product for months and have never felt better.

Delivery: It took about two weeks to receive my order from the time I placed it. Once I purchased, the customer support team sent me an email to confirm my shipping details and provided me with instructions on how to schedule delivery. The delivery team contacted me a few days before it was delivered and dropped it off directly on my driveway. I would have loved this in the garage but they weren’t able to squeeze it in without unboxing the top so it had to be left in the driveway.
