Custom Sauna Projects
Each custom sauna is manufactured according to customer-approved plans and specifications. Please review the following terms that apply specifically to custom builds.
- Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, knots, mineral streaks, color, and natural movement are expected characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.
- Minor differences between renderings, CAD drawings, finish samples, photographs, and the completed product are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.
- Once production begins, design changes may not be possible.
