- The sauna is not installed in an environment subject to excessive humidity, standing water, or outdoor exposure unless the product is specifically rated for such conditions.

Custom Sauna Projects
Each custom sauna is manufactured according to customer-approved plans and specifications. Please review the following terms that apply specifically to custom builds.
- Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, knots, mineral streaks, color, and natural movement are expected characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.
- Minor differences between renderings, CAD drawings, finish samples, photographs, and the completed product are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.
- Once production begins, design changes may not be possible. If a design change is required during production, LIT Method will make reasonable efforts to notify the purchaser in writing prior to implementation.
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets all structural, electrical, ventilation, and moisture requirements specified by LIT Method prior to delivery. LIT Method is not responsible for defects, failures, or damage attributable to an inadequate installation environment.
- All custom sauna orders must be inspected by the purchaser or an authorized representative upon delivery. Any damage, missing components, or nonconformities must be reported to LIT Method in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this period may result in denial of warranty coverage for those items.
Legal Terms
Please review the following legal terms that govern this Limited Warranty.
Exclusive Remedy. The repair or replacement of defective products or components under this Limited Warranty is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. LIT Method's obligation under this warranty is limited solely to repairing or replacing defective components at its sole discretion and does not extend to any other remedy, including monetary compensation, refunds beyond the original purchase price, or replacement of the entire unit unless LIT Method determines that repair or component replacement is not commercially reasonable.
No Performance Guarantee. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. LIT Method does not warrant that the product will achieve any specific performance outcome, temperature range, heat-up time, or operational result. Advertised performance specifications are estimates based on proper installation under ideal site conditions and are not guaranteed outcomes covered by this warranty.
No Liability for Third-Party Repairs. LIT Method will not be responsible for, and this warranty will be voided by, any repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by any party other than LIT Method or an authorized LIT Method technician without prior written approval from LIT Method. Any costs incurred by the purchaser for unauthorized third-party repairs are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties. Except for the express warranties contained in this Limited Warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIT Method disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIT Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, ownership, or use of the product. This expressly includes, without limitation: loss of use, loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, customer refunds or credits, reputational harm, loss of goodwill, membership cancellations, temporary closure costs, labor charges incurred by the purchaser, removal or reinstallation costs, shipping costs, water or property damage beyond the product itself, personal injury claims arising from unauthorized use or failure to follow safety guidelines, or any other form of personal inconvenience or consequential loss. LIT Method's total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
Indemnification. LIT Method does not agree to defend, indemnify, or hold harmless any purchaser or third party for claims arising from the purchaser's failure to follow installation instructions, operate the product within intended use guidelines, or comply with the customer responsibilities outlined in this warranty. Any indemnification obligations must be separately negotiated and agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of LIT Method.
Governing Terms. This Limited Warranty is incorporated into and subject to LIT Method's Terms of Sale and Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, those governing documents shall control to the extent permitted by law.
Legal Rights. This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state, province, or country. Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
