Solis Red Light Traditional Sauna (6 Person)

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and everyone at the team deserves credit. I will admit, I was a little bit worried spending over $20,000 on a sauna and cold plunge but I have no regrets. Clearly the product and customer experience team have spent time perfecting their process and delivered an amazing product experience.

Ordering: I booked a virtual demo with a representative who walked me through all the different features on the sauna (there’s a lot). I decided to go with the 8KW wifi harvia heater and all black stealth luxe cold plunge. I love the variety to be able to do traditional heat on the weekends and infrared sauna on the weekdays before bed. I pair both of these with red light therapy and the rep at LIT walked me through how to create a structured routine with the cold plunge as well. I have been using the product for months and have never felt better.

Delivery: It took about two weeks to receive my order from the time I placed it. Once I purchased, the customer support team sent me an email to confirm my shipping details and provided me with instructions on how to schedule delivery. The delivery team contacted me a few days before it was delivered and dropped it off directly on my driveway. I would have loved this in the garage but they weren’t able to squeeze it in without unboxing the top so it had to be left in the driveway. This sauna realy does it all! The combination of traditional sauna heat, infrared therapy, and red light gives you the best of both worlds in one unit. The temperature controls are simple to use, and features like the lighting and audio system make the experience even more relaxing. I have this inside my wellness studio, and this is the most booked sauna out of any of my other treatment rooms. Best investment of the year :)

This is like having your own personal mini spa! I’ve been using the contrast therapy bundle with the cold plunge and sauna for a few weeks now, and it’s amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly and holds temperature really well. It feels solid and well-built, not flimsy like some of the cheaper options I’ve tried before. I usually spend about 15–20 minutes in there before going in the cold plunge. The first few sessions were a mental battle, but once you get used to it, the feeling afterward is incredible

One thing I was a little nervous about before ordering was delivery and setup, but that part ended up being way smoother than I expected. The sauna took a bit of time to assemble, but it wasn’t complicated. The instructions were clear enough, and everything lined up the way it should. I’d recommend having a second person to help just because of the size, but it’s totally doable in a few hours. The plunge system itself is pretty straightforward, which I appreciated—no overcomplicated setup or confusing controls. Overall, the whole process felt pretty hassle-free.

I didn’t think I needed both, but I’m glad I went for the full setup. The contrast between hot and cold just leaves you feeling different with more energy, better recovery. Hard to explain until you try it .The sauna gets way hotter than most I’ve tried, and the plunge stays consistently cold without me having to mess with it.
