This is the best piece of equipment we have purchased! It allows us to work on all parts of our body including cardio, strength training and even stretching and core exercises. Couldn't recommend a better machine for varied work outs especially if you like to change up your routine. The ability to move it around easily is also a plus and the vertical storage space is so tiny that we can tuck it out of the way in the garage. So glad we bought and am looking forward to using it regularly so we can achieve our fitness goals and easily maintain them long term. The app is also a great asset with it's multiple work out options including goals, equipment types, class options and levels, and even a personal health coach to help lead you on your personal journey.

I got my Lit Strength machine last week. Assembly was pretty simple and only took one person and about an hour and I was going slowly. The workouts and app work really well together and use the rower in ways I would not think about. I look forward every morning to getting up and going rowing on my new machine. Best purchase of a piece of fitness equipment I have ever done!

Yes, this is the world’s only rower, reformer, and strength trainer! LIT ankle cuffs are needed for LIT Pilates classes on our machine.

The LIT Strength Machine ships FREE and arrives within 2-3 weeks. Accessories may ship separately. You can access your videos immediately upon signing up for the platform.
The membership is optional. All LIT Strength Machine purchases come with a 3-month complimentary trial for LIT On-Demand.
