Your coach will personally review this assessment and make modifications based on your pre-existing routine, injuries, goals, etc. You will have direct contact with your coach where you can ask questions and communicate about your goals. 

Our coaching feature will allow you to ask specific questions regarding your program, like modifications, equipment changes, and nutritional guidance. Your coach will also create a custom training plan for you to follow and you will get a new workout every day.

LIT is a coaching app that is designed for people who want to live longer and be healthier! We create a sustainable plan for you to follow including workouts, nutrition, and more to promote daily movement. You will take a health assessment where we analyze your current routine including your goals, equipment, injuries, nutrition, and sleep. Your coach will take all of your data and create a fully custom program for you to follow. Our daily tracker breaks down steps, individual workouts, and more to ensure you are staying on track. 

Both! Your coach will design a program around the equipment you have available and help you reach your goals as fast as possible. By having the LIT App, you can adjust your equipment based on what you have available and communicate directly with your coach.

After your two-week free trial, you will have a few options to choose from. All memberships can be canceled at any time.
