I'm seriously in love with this machine! It was so easy to setup (35YR woman) and move around. I was worried because I'm not the best with assembly but this only took me about 20 minutes to complete and start rowing.

I originally bought this for a rower, but I'm blown away by everything it does! You can actually get a total body workout on this thing in about 15 minutes. The band system has become my favorite and I use it more than any other equipment I've ever owned!

This has been the best self investment I have made. The rowing machine along with the resistance bands and other equipment has really helped me in getting the workout I wanted without having to go to a gym. Takes up very little space and the workout videos are very motivational.
