I have been looking at the sauna and plunge for months and decided to pull the trigger as an early Birthday gift to myself. We have been using these for a few months and have noticed a big difference in sleep and energy. We use it consistently around 5-6 days a week and switch between infrared and traditional on different days per the company's guidelines, and it has been fantastic.

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and everyone at the team deserves credit. I will admit, I was a little bit worried spending over $20,000 on a sauna and cold plunge but I have no regrets. Clearly the product and customer experience team have spent time perfecting their process and delivered an amazing product experience.
Ordering: I booked a virtual demo with a representative who walked me through all the different features on the sauna (there’s a lot). I decided to go with the 8KW wifi harvia heater and all black stealth luxe cold plunge. I love the variety to be able to do traditional heat on the weekends and infrared sauna on the weekdays before bed. I pair both of these with red light therapy and the rep at LIT walked me through how to create a structured routine with the cold plunge as well. I have been using the product for months and have never felt better.
Delivery: It took about two weeks to receive my order from the time I placed it. Once I purchased, the customer support team sent me an email to confirm my shipping details and provided me with instructions on how to schedule delivery. The delivery team contacted me a few days before it was delivered and dropped it off directly on my driveway. I would have loved this in the garage but they weren’t able to squeeze it in without unboxing the top so it had to be left in the driveway.
