This is like having your own personal mini spa! I’ve been using the contrast therapy bundle with the cold plunge and sauna for a few weeks now, and it’s amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly and holds temperature really well. It feels solid and well-built, not flimsy like some of the cheaper options I’ve tried before. I usually spend about 15–20 minutes in there before going in the cold plunge. The first few sessions were a mental battle, but once you get used to it, the feeling afterward is incredible
One thing I was a little nervous about before ordering was delivery and setup, but that part ended up being way smoother than I expected. The sauna took a bit of time to assemble, but it wasn’t complicated. The instructions were clear enough, and everything lined up the way it should. I’d recommend having a second person to help just because of the size, but it’s totally doable in a few hours. I’ve been using saunas for over 15 years and have gone through multiple brands, and I’ve never had an experience like this. The flexibility is unmatched...you can run it at ultra heat in the morning (I’ve hit 195°F) and then switch to infrared and red light therapy at night for a completely different recovery session.
The interface is incredibly easy to use, and the hidden speakers are a really nice touch. But what really stands out is the design. This is easily the best-looking sauna I’ve owned. The combination of the interior wood and exterior metal feels premium, and you can tell every detail was thoughtfully considered.
